Ebay - Are mature names a violation of site

and does paypal allow its services to be used for payment of adult names. I am looking at the policies, and it seems as though it may be allowed. I see many for sale , but that doesn't mean its 100% allowed. I don't want to run the risk of losing my account for a few adult names. Any experiences or insight would be much appreciated.Thanks

To be honest, I wouldn't use PayPal for those names, just to be safe. Someone just recently got their account frozen for selling gambling domain names. PayPal can pretty much freeze up your account at their sole discretion.

Ebay allows sales of legal adult items if they are listed in the mature/adult section. I would presume domain names fall under the same rules if the name itself has words they wouldn't allow in the regular section, or website content, or photos in the ad that wouldn't comply with normal listings. They do seem to prohibit anything in the mature section from being paid for with PayPal, so it's probably best to be avoid it if listed in that category.

I sell adult style domains on eBay with no problem.... and get payment via paypal.

Do Not: Put a link to a domain that has adult content. Include a nude image. Use foul language.
