I have just had confirmation that the domain name (DY.com) has been sold for over $900,000 USD ($900k).

The seller 'David Yashar' who owned the name due to it being his initials has sold the name to I presume a Chinese investor.

This shows that the market is once again picking up for these premium names.

Recons, it's a name of a person.

Rare names don't get much value. Many of my pronounceable LLLL.coms are often either first name or last name, but that did not add anything to my acquisition cost.

If it is top 100-500 USA name, that could be quite valuable.
