advice Due diligence before buying LLL. com

Just got an offer to buy LLL. com domain from a broker I know and the price is more than reasonable for an investment.

How to assure (or minimize the risk) that I'm not buying a stolen name? I checked WHOIS history and the name was pointing to Future Media Architects page few years ago but has moved since then and is parked on Afternic and is part of huge LLL. com portfolio (I discovered on DAN. com).

Are there any other steps you do before making a big purchase?

Due diligence on LLL.com can be tricky. They are probably the most targeted format for domain theft.

If you want to DM me more info I can look at the WHOIS history of the domain.
