DomainTools listing one of my names for sale without my knowledge.

I found out quite by accident that DomainTools.com have one of my names listed for sale.
I registered Trixaco.com in January this year, and the Whois record clearly shows I am the registrant; but DomainTools have it listed for sale at $49
I can understand that if it was previously listed for sale and dropped recently that it might still be listed. However after six months, I don't think it should be.
I'll have to check more of my names. (I only found this listing after doing a Google search for my name)
I have of course contacted DomainTools, and am awaiting a reply.
Has anyone else found this happening to their names?

I did a Google search for the word trixaco and it's the fourth item on the first Google page. If you click the link it takes you to a buy it now of $49

its a buy now for a report on the domain (owner history etc) they have that for any domain you enter

but you raise an interesting point, I can see someone making that mistake
