I'm just posting this to see if anyone else is as bugged by this as I am.As most of us know, you don't technically park your names with DomainSponsor, you set up a redirect.
I know instantly whenever I reach a DomainSponsor landing page because there's a good 2-5 second "lag time" while you see yourself being forwarded, before you reach the landing page. With Sedo and all the rest, you snap instantly to the landing page,no lag time.
I have a domain that get's 1200-1400 uniques a day while parked at Sedo.It was doing well, but I thought I'd try it at DomainSponsor. When I put it there it fell below 200 uniques a day.I move it back to Sedo, and it goes back up.
My point is one of two things is happening:Either this lag time is costing us serious amounts of visitors because the 2-5 second window gives people time to realize they've made a typo and close the window OR DomainSponsor isn't counting all the visitors.
I love the payouts at DS but whenever I put a name there that was previously at Sedo,I see a huge drop in traffic.Anyone else have experience with this?
