I noticed estibot valued some of the domains at $0 What's up with that ? shouldn't they be at least reg ?
The number a live person came up with.

Godaddy does something similar with appraisals. Some appraisals are less than what they just sold it for....

Estibot, Godaddy, and even domainer gurus talking for 70 minutes about their "opinions" on a list of domains isn't a good source for appraisals.

Basing your price on similar domain sales (look on Namebio.com), demand (is there a demand for the domain/extension in the industry right now, how long has it been since a similar domain has sold?), and research on the interested party who has contacted you (is it a multi-million dollar corporation, a small upstart, etc.), is the only way you should appraise and price your domain by. Go by the FACTS only to justify the price you're asking, anything else is bullshit.
