Okay I see some good numbers, now why would we want domains like these? I mean would we expect them to get constant traffic or what puts into their value as I see the names/keywords arn't very good.

if the backlinks are high enough you'd expect to receive some traffic, but they're mostly good for if you want a certain type of domain which will be indexed generally as soon as you register it. Take for instance a domain I just got from one of the lists panty-stockings.com (adult sorry, plz don't visit this is why I haven't linked to it) in only one night google/yahoo/archive have been very very active.

Another example of why you would want one, take for instance broadbandyear.com there is a pretty high chance once you register and setup a site in the next google update it's going to have a pretty high pr because of the high quality links coming in..some as high as pr8.
