🎁 BONUS TRACK: Now Expired

These were β€œsold” but are now dropped:

  • linkable.xyz – Apr '22 – $3,995 β†’ Expired
  • audacious.xyz – Jan '22 – $4,995 β†’ Expired

❗ Why This Matters

This data raises serious concerns:

πŸŸ₯ If these were real end-user sales, why are the domains back on sale β€” and in many cases, for less or even as monthly payment options?

πŸŸ₯ If the buyers were domainers, it suggests many were influenced by Swetha's public sales reports β€” and may have overpaid.

πŸŸ₯ If the sales were fabricated, it means the market may have been manipulated to hype demand in .xyz.

πŸ’‘ TIP

If you don’t see a price on the landing page, search the domain on GoDaddy or Afternic β€” the listing often shows up there.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Great research my friend, soon we will see the same story for .ai domains.
These kind of sales only to create hype in the market.
Xyz----Ai

Good luck for next research πŸ‘

You need to focus on sharing your own sales man.
No sales?
Maybe you can try with focusing on your own business.

I've had some 5-figure sales where the domain later dropped and was caught back by me or someone else. Some got sold again after the business didn't work out. Some were sold for less than the purchase price. It happens. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Many of the .xyz and .ai sales were driven by hype and funded with someone else's money (VC). The chance of that happening is even higher in these cases.

I think that's how things will go. I have nothing against these extensions themselves, but I believe many of the high sale prices are fake. Fake sales can happen in any extension, including .com. In my opinion, a good 4L+ name in .ai should generally be worth between $2K and $5K. imo

πŸŸ₯ If the sales were fabricated, it means the market may have been manipulated to hype demand in .xyz.

For a sale to be fabricated, does that imply that the buyers are fake -- as in not real people?

For example:

heyday.xyzJun '21 – $3,000$100/mo

https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/heyday-d38f

Would that imply that HeyDay's cofounders are either not real maybe even alter egos of negari himself?

Screenshot_20250504-122510~2.png

https://www.crunchbase.com/person/samiur-rahman-2

https://www.crunchbase.com/person/samuel-debrule-usejournal

Further more, HeyDay.xyz was acquired by BetterUp.com, does that imply Negari is also behind BetterUp?

Screenshot_20250504-122423~2.png
...

Then there is:

maxim.xyzAug '21 – $9,888$8,911

https://github.com/maxim-perumal
...

and then:

wilde.xyzDec '20 – $13,000$49,990

But but but... I thought Negari was a man named Daniel, how could he be communicating from a profile named Emma Waldron? Ahhh...

territory.xyzMay '22 – $39,888$48,500

You've already been clowned on over on your Twitter thread for the same post.

Let me show you something, using the domainer you have in your bio on your Twitter account. Mike Mann's sales. You can find them at various places, here is one:

https://onlinedomain.com/2021/12/17...mber/?utm_source=namepros.com#google_vignette

You can go thru the list and guess what?..........find the same thing.

Here are a couple of ones he sold that are now up for sale again:

https://www.afternic.com/forsale/bluetrading.com

https://www.hugedomains.com/domain_profile.cfm?d=treeti.com&utm_source=hdrhttpscontrol

So I could cherry pick those sales and find more examples of domains for sale. Many more that simply don't resolve anymore. You could do that with any domainer out there that has sold some volume.

It's a little obsessive as well. Every single post you've made at NP involves her. Most of your recent tweets involve her. You even have her in your background image on X. All those posts and tweets and not 1 showing any actual fraud or wrongdoing.

I smelled inside trading in her .xyz sales :)

But on the other hand, I think.AI is for real.... AI is really revolutionary and is/will be huge.....

I don't have any interest in .xyz apart from following the discussions on this forum. But, I have to agree there's very little, if anything, to be deduced from those initial sales of .xyz compared to their relisting price. It seems to me that the initial post is designed to have have Visual impact rather than any substance. Looks something but tells/says nothing meaningful.

I would rather look forward to the dot AI discussion (and reports) in several years time as domainers and businesses realise that AI association isn't the panacea that they once hoped. That AI banner seems to me to be a rather limited banner to be nailing your flag to when it becomes just part of the underlying coding of just about everything in existence.

I am sure many of the domains I have sold over the years are listed for sale now.

Plans change.

In fact, there have been several times that I bought domains at expired auction which I previously sold.

I have even bought them back directly from parties that I sold them to.

Many of these .xyz sales happened around peak crypto hype. It doesn't seem that unreasonable that some are back on the market now.

I personally feel that the high prices are a proxy for payment to politicians, officials or hackers, I do not have the resources for doing more research. I have better domains, but I struggle to sell them.

I personally feel that the high prices are a proxy for payment to politicians, officials or hackers,
In simple words, Money laundering. Could be.
She bought most of the one word domains at a cheaper price with some hope. Okay everyone does that.

But, she renewed them at a higher price for years knowing one day all those domains will sell for mid & top 5 figures?? While we have N number of new tlds released every now and then.

She seems to be a Nostradamus / Warren Buffett of domains, that too a millionaire who bought and renewed huge amount of domains for years.

And another funny thing is, when i checked some of the names, the other major tlds of the same name were available at a cheaper price. Yet buyers had huge money that they wanted to burn them and that too only on the xyz domains.

I remember one person here who renewed his one word domain for $3k+ with a hope it would sell one day for 5 or 6 figures. That's the worst thing that happens. There could be many people renewing premium names or renewing their standard names which would never sell.

By supporting one unknown we may indirectly fool many innocent investors.

(years of presence here or anywhere doesn't make you well known or genuine. Has anyone knows her personally or was there any article by well known magazines or papers about this female visionary who made very huge amount of money? Why is such a brilliant woman known only to the domainers? Is she only into domaining and nothing else? I understand those are personal but when you influence other people those questions will always be there and i believe acceptable.)
