Do you have loads of domains just sitting in your portfolio. Have you ever decided to build some out? What are your good or bad experiences developing a domain?

I love developing them and do it pretty often. Especially if it's a domain I have that doesn't have a wide variety of potential end users out there. Development is also good for exact match domains and domains which have high PPC. With all the different scripts and themes these days development really isn't that hard. The part I dislike the most is writing content for subjects I might not really care too much about (insurance..etc)

could you pls give me some of your developed, ripe-enough-to-sale examples?

I guess a few examples off the top of my head would be..
www.CarInsuranceFees.com - Car insurance mini-site. This is one I've disliked writing content for because I don't like writing for the insurance niche.
www.cpaLead.info - Affiliate mini-site. Much easier to write about since I'm more familiar with the topic. But, also a mini-site because it only contains a few real pages.
