I have notice lots of domain.ngtld have bee registered why do you think.
I see little value.

I think it's because many newcomers believe the same keywords that were valuable in dot-com will also hold their weight in .gtld, for example the "domain" keyword. I agree with you, little value. The rules are different for G's.

I'm already seeing people registering typos and brandables with .gtld's, it's silly really. Even acronyms like "vr", "iot" and "ai" etc you have to be careful with. If your investments are struggling in ccTLD and dot-com extensions, they likely will not fare any better with a new G extension either.

These domains can make sense for the registry, itself or a registrar.
Keywords like: nic, domain, domains, register etc.

domain.gtld is a speculative asset. Say, over the years a gtld becomes popular. That time domain.ngtld can be pointed to a registrar site - so you have a end user.
