So, if you want to know what exactly is main company in search engine area saying about domain names (and what are the advices given to it's clients and customers when it comes to domains), you can now learn about it directly from following resource:

    https://domains.google/learning-center/

In particular, you can read here about set of advices customers are given when it comes to traditional vs new domain endings:

    https://domains.google/learning-center/how-to-choose-traditional-vs-new-domain-endings/

Imo it is always good to know for us, domain investors what largest company in search engine area is thinking about domain names, as sometimes we can live in a "domainer's bubble" :)

Lets hope this will contribute to helping people understand there are better choices out there than 2 & 3 word domains with an ugly tail at the end.

^ Yeah, I guess I don't get to have an opinion because I once expressed that domaining is hard.

I guess its just easy for you though right? I'll have to take your word for it, though I get the feeling you like to pose.

And what, did you just save that post I made way back when? Desperate much?

It is very interesting to note, that not even once any kind of "king" is mentioned in Learning Center :)

It's not really that interesting since their goal is to sell new gtlds, they're a registrar. Usually higher priced and when people can't get the .com they really wanted, they give them something to settle for.
