Domain Lawyer

So I had a direct enquiry by email by a gentlemen called Itzhak Ben-Haim aka "Domain Lawyer". Email conversation is all good but I think he has way overvalued a domain I own and wants to confirm by appraisal. I'm new but this stinks of scam and wanted to get some experienced advice.

Sorry to waste your time, a quick Google and I've answered the quetion myself.

Appraisal scams are extremely common in the domain industry. Some sound more legit then others, but just make sure not to fall for any of them. If something seems legit, ask around here and more than likely someone else has already seen/heard it.
