Whoever bought this, i'm afraid to say, may well wake up one day and realize they dropped $2K down the plug-hole...
1. .ne is the ccTLD for Niger, a poverty stricken war-torn country with very few laws to speak of, and even fewer ways of enforcing or upholding them.
2. There is no .ne registry... at all, so even if there were any restrictions or regulations on registering it wouldn't really matter as there is NO domain registry.
Still convinced that this was a wise domain investment??
Flippa should be protecting buyers, and not allowing stuff like this to happen, but then I guess they are just a sales org after all.
