It theory it sounds like a great name, based on exactly what @lolwarrior said.
I think the value would be in developing and monetizing on a site that delivers a regular rotation of current coupons for each of the established registrars of the world (databased blah blah blah), that could generate a decent revenue. To sell it outright, I'm not sure.

There's a few .coupons domains available, but expensive they're costly to maintain.
