domain Domain Apprisal - 8 Year Old Domain -Million Dollar Deals

I was just wondering about a domain name: brokerbot.com

The name has been around since 1999 and the compnay who owned it fell apart or something but got $15+ million in financing befre giving up the name/falling apart.

assume no traffic - does that name itself have any value? or the fact that it is 8 years old

The 8 years will put a lot of value in the domain.

Any call on how much - I am going to develop it, but assume it was getting 30,000 uniques a month (when developed)
