Does UDRP valid for country tlds?

ICANN page about UDRP only said that it has been only adopted for gTLDs.
so, you can't file UDRP against owner of cctld if the domain is a trademark to a big company right?

Each ccTLD has their own rules, most often they have one similar to UDRP.
Example: ADR (alternate dispute resolution) for .eu or DRS (dispute resolution service) for .co.uk
A few ccTLDs like .ch (Switzerland) rely on WIPO UDRP I believe.
Regardless of whether a particular TLD has dispute resolution services in place it's also possible to take it to court.
