Do Domains With Valid Google PageRank 3+ Expire / Drop?

Ok,

So - I spend hours & days scanning lists for dropping domains with valid PageRank. Usually I end up with a bunch of fake page rank domains or 1+2 pagerank domains.

Can someone point me in the right direction to find expiring domains that have high valid pagerank?

Of course they do, as well as names with higher PR. Just like 2 & 3 letter names drop.

Why buy just for PR, why not look for quality names to invest in?
