Do domain parking companies really refund advertsers when they close your account and dont pay you?

if traffic wasn't good they probably get chargeback or not paid at all so nothing to refund

it all depends why account closed

Domain parking companies that I know do not work directly with advertisers. They have accounts with Google, Yahoo or some other company. Usually those companies tell the parking company that they won't be getting paid for specific traffic or they claw-back money already paid to them.

This is a big scam. There is no tranparency.
