Would be a good place to read about STOLEN DOMAIN NAMES.

I don't see the domain name having much resale value, but if you develop it and have a DB of stolen or suspected stolen names, I think it could be very valuable to the community. People could post if they have had a domain stolen and add it to the DB, so that future unsuspecting domainers won't be duped into buying a stolen domain name.

Definitely has potential.

I'd throw up some forums as well to have a general discussion area and try to find recent articles on high profile stolen domains to posts as news... I know there was a recent one where a Florida man was suing Afternic and Register.com, because he paid like $60k for a domain that was apparently stolen, though Afternic allowed it to be auctioned off, and then he had it taken away from him and didn't get his money back.

It's definitely an area that people will be interested in, though it should never have to be... Stupid thieves.
