One question.
Are you counting also the failed negotiations?
Are you staying firm and losing deals because of that, or getting back to some and lowering the price to close a deal.

Never counted failed negotiations because they're countless to be honest.
I think I'm losing more deals by staying firms than striking the deal even though the difference of margin is sometimes pretty low but I try to remain firm after countering one last final offer.
But I look at the larger picture which is the ROI and yearly turnover which to me is very good.
