I can't speak for the NamesBond, but I reckon browse to the domain and you'll probably get it. It's already developed.

Hold time just under 3 months
Purchased in an uncontested auction as the single Bidder.
I have around 350 dot coms right now.

A little note:
You know I had my first sale last November on the 7th. This sale makes the completion of 1 year since I had my first sale.

Well There was another sale as well yesterday...

I will be doing the math later, but I sold a little shy of 100K in the year.
Maybe 100K if I included my liquidation sales and LLLL sales. Will check later..
But pretty stoked.
Like, Holy Cow, this thing works haha.

Good luck to all of you.

Care to explain why you bought this name? I wouldn't have considered buying this at all

Just used a simple Google search for this one. Veteran home loans seem to be a pretty big thing in the US, and at the time there was even a site built on the singular version of the name.

Normally I wouldn't bother with a four word, weirdly specific domain... but when it comes to loans and insurance, there seems to be a market for weirdly specific niche names. I've sold a couple insurance names in this vein as well.

I think buyers typically use them for lead generation and promotion. I suppose any leg up helps in really competitive industries.

I'm on the fence about renewing these types of names each year, but I keep clinging to them.
My first squadhelp sale.
Bought from a friend in a bulk deal few months ago for about $20.
I have about 25 domains in SH.

Thank you.
Your sales are really inspirational for many of us. As @blogspotter suggested, I'll also request you to share your strategy of selecting domains to register and where and how you list them for such a quick flip that too at good price.

I agree. I wouldn't have registered that for $1 and it sold for nearly $4000. That's incredible.

Hi all,
New to this and one thing I haven't figured out yet. How do you guys go about selling?

Do you park the domain and just wait for a contact with an offer?
Sell it on auction sites
Or use a broker?

Many thanks

My .xyz folio was only around 72. Total cost of this was only $50 (handreg at Sav for $0.69 each). Last month I sold 3 of them (metahub for $950, galactical for $899 and raygun $750). So I really don't think that train is gone. Thanks for your advice anyway but I guess I would have to pass on this. I still think there's still a lot of opportunity waiting.

u can pass all u like that changes nothing to the fact that 99percent folks me included who reg 70 or so xyz names for 50bucks will not be making 3k per month on em.. or thousands..or even 100s for that matter.

those are just not the averages... which are very near zero.

like I said there is only.one.person on earth making consistent good sales...dngear... til she.drops her 20k names u can all just stop dreaming of making xyz profits.

I have a question about the sale post by @DNGear on Monday in "Report Compelted DOmains Name Sales" thread
Cameo.xyz sold for $19888 @Afternic
Ante.xyz sold for $19888 @Afternic
Wilde.xyz sold for $13000 @Afternic
Mags.xyz sold for $7888 @Afternic
Soba.xyz sold for $4995 @Afternic
Gaurav.xyz sold for $2995 @Afternic

Of course you are the Quenn of XYZ extension and congratulations for all the sales!
But the domain cameo.xyz caught my attention because "cameo" is a strong brand and have a many trademarks with his name in the world.

Any idea for...
Why a big brand with a lot of trademarks in all countries go to pursache his Trademark name in .XYZ extension for 19K when have the possibility to fight it via UDRP and the possibility get it for much less?

Any expert about trademark in the room?
