Got my second domain sale today! New Orleans + 2 keywords .com for $300.00 to end user. I emailed 28 companies and got a call and closed the deal.

I see many sales reported in this site, via afternic and Dan, but I never see them (afternic or Dan) mentioned on namebio (latest sales).

At least afternic is listed as an option on namebio (venue in search), but Dan isn't there at all.

What am I missing?

You probably saw afternic sales...when they used report all data...years ago.

They don't report anymore.

Dan doesn't report any sales to Namebio...

And I think if the seller wants to report a sale they can do independently without any sales platforms requirements.
They need to provide some sale proof to Namebio.

Yes it was. So it was one month earlier listed for sale and didn't sold anyway.
Never heard of someone who would pick a dot net when the dot com is listed for sale too.

* side note, this is one I was sorry to let go because:

1) Wanted more, but literally the only inquiry I ever had on it.

9 oct 2021 I receive the first offer for 600$ from Sedo I made a conter offer of 900$ the Seller offer 800$ and I accepte this offer.

The buyer was referred by SedoMLS partner namesilo so the commission was 20%.

Details: I hand registered this domain back in 2017 as I was building my XR portfolio with offers coming in in recent weeks. I turned down $2k and $5k offers via email. I received an initial offer of $40,000 via Sedo. I countered $75,000. I didn't hear anything back for 2 days so I enlisted the help of Sedo domain brokerage. They accepted my application. They took over negotiations whereby I had set the lowest I was willing to take was $55,000 and they got me $60,000 the very next day. So I am happy with the sell. I knew who the buyer was and could have gotten much more down the line but with my economics background time value of money is important lol especially in a hot and fast moving niche like meta and there were many new Meta+keyword .coms I wanted to acquire and have acquired.... no further details.
