I am not expert, but I feel this awesome name, some of real estate company may interested in your domain name. Fair market for this domain should be $ 1000 - $ 10.000 or more. Build and hold for some years, try to drive real traffic to your domain , evaluate with analytics tools and then offer to targetted customer.

Doesn't look likely that you'll be making a decent sale.

If it was mine I'd sell it on NP auction and just take whatever I can get.

This is just my opinion though... and I'm not at all an expert in new gtlds.... I just don't believe in them as a strategy at this time.
