question Did LGBTE.com just sell for $12? Seriously? Or Renewed?

I've been following the domain LGBTE.com over at Godaddy expired auctions. @ the auction (found it by accident really) showed it had no bids and had 5 days left. I didn't bid because I did not want to start it up. wanted to wait till closer to thee end. Was surprised though that no one bid on it. Figured everyone was just "waiting" last minute to bid to get the best price. and yesterday? I checked? It was no longer available for bid?

Was it taken? Was it renewed by the original owner? I can't tell. Can someone figure it out with their skills?

why was I tracking LGBTE.com? well I saw the sale of LGBTQ.com for $37K plus check each letter in the alphabet? and add it to the end of LGBT? and they are all taken for many years.

I like LGBTE.com for E being anything like Entertainment,Exotic (and replace X with R and make a new word),

How come this domain had at least 2 to 4 days left and now it's no longer available? check screenshot.

if you click that BUY NOW button on Domaintools it will take you to afternic and your shopping cart is empty. doesn't seem to have expired. but seems like the domain might have been renewed in 12/06/16 to have an expiration date of 12/06/2017 does that mean it was renewed? despite the fact that it was in the expireds auction of godaddy and last time I checked it had 5 days to go before the auction ended?

what's going on here?

It actually came from a well-established LGBT organization, their initial offer was $10,000 and we negotiated back and forth but my asking range is much higher than their budget. I assume it's not a fake buyer.

Dont know why but hetero - normative people (especially men) are reducing LGBT community solely to sexual aspect, but there is much wider spectre of the characteristics of people who belong to this community. I have plenty of LGBT friends and I'm not homophobic at all. most of them are very how should I say. very colorful and would not be offended by what I said. in fact they might get it. I do find ironic that LGBT has fought hard to have the world accept them and tolerate them to some degree which it should. yet LGBT are very cross and more uptight now than the world that use to despise them as a whole.

I'm a website right now that is a social community for everybody that lately has been frequented by the LGBT crowd more like enundated and all they do is post penis pics freely for everyone to see.

when LGBT community quits being that "colorful"....well you finish the sentence.

not here to nominalize anyone and if I did I apologize.

Thing is on that site I mentioned. kinda ironic I have to apologize for what I said. and no one has to apologize for the constant barrage of TS and TV constantly hitting me up offering "fun" at least from them.

I have some gay couple friends, one of the guys was studying theoretical math on MIT and his husband is from Europe, they have a child now, because they have found a surrogate mother,and the egg cell was from their female friends. what's the say about maybe better quality "nail on the head" type domains? like LGBTsex.com or something like that? I'd even take a gander that LGBTVR.com will do nicely and reverse.

I think if someone proactively tried to promote their sales maybe pay for an ad or two on Sedo and Namebio then we'd see some better sales. I think some are just holding on to their LGBT domains to age them a bit waiting for endusers.

I think whoever owns it set it at $10K because I think he did not paid or was too cheap to get an appraisal. The only way you can post a domain on sedo above $10k is pay for an appraisal. trust me I've looked into it.

maybe thee owner figures if he or she gets a bid of $10K he can push that offer to "Activate" an auction in the hopes to get more that what they paid at auction?

If I were you, I would try with Youtube. You can get targeted traffic from Google for this niche, otherwise when going live, you can be stuck with boring intellectuals at the end who know few things about movies, music and that was it.
