About:
The site is just over a month old and started to pick up all of its activity a few weeks ago, it would have reached far over 10,000 uniques but the first week was slow opening up.

The site is a Web Developers discussion and resource site/forum. Everything is custom designed.

Why so? The usual way of deciding on price is how much it makes per month x10 to see how much it would make in a year - a few months so the buyer makes a profit, as well as this site comes complete with a few hundred dollars worth of templates, scripts, and logos, complete unique and custom designs and an IPB License. Also the site is not nearly making as much /month as it could with advertising I just havn't put it out there enough, only sold $1 text links.

its a nice site no doubt! but why there is a good volume of visits to the site i dont know there is nothing to keep them there, are you paying for traffic? What purpose does the site provide? Do you have to join before you get the best scripts, templates, tutorials on the web?

The reason only around a hundred have joined is because the forums are actually newer then the site used to have everything on it but I added the forums to it a few weeks ago. I am not paying for traffic and have not payed for any, its coming from tutorials added, advertising, forum posts, word of mouth etc.

The site is just more of an information area that I planned to add some tools and such to, the forums are a web development discussion area to share resources and the such and you have to pay to get into the premium member area where all the templates and scripts are.

I will not be dropping the price, if no one wants to buy then I will just keep developing, I have sold sites with much less traffic and revenue and work for more money.

[EDIT] Actually you know what, I will drop the prices... I just really want to get rid of this site and forum.

I have change the original price in the thread as well, the original price was 400$ starting bid and a $700.00 BIN due to its traffic, work put into it and revenue, but I want to get rid of it sooner so I have lowered it quite substantially.

I added that seperately so it would show you, but I will clear it up:

I have only sold $1.00 text links and $5.00 Premium memberships and made about $30.00 off that, so if you up the premium memberships price and sell some advertising you could easily get $100's per month.

I have a guy offering a BIN offer lower then the BIN so if anyone wants to offer the BIN before we finalize deal you need to hurry up.
