No I have not.

I think given the domain name itself, it can not be claimed it is misleading or confusingly similar to their TM, because the very word "reviews" implies that it is by an independent third party... Companies would be laughed at if they reviewed their own products. There are sites like ihatedell.net, so if they don't do anything about them, I can't see them going after this.

I started parking on 6/6/06.

You'll notice a few days with no hits, apparently my Nameserver got switched back to GoDaddy's default NS and I just noticed it and changed it back to Sedo this morning. 6/17.
