Yeah seems like 4 is no good. Clearly 8 and 6 are the best. Then patterns and repeating.

Exactly. We have somebody here that has a bunch of them, some experience with them and they're selling them for $15 each, $12.50 each if you buy them all. A million combinations, you're bound to have a big sale here and there and there is probably a reason for it, some special combination.

Side note, I understand it's mainly Chinese buying them and I wonder if they make fun of each other the longer the string goes. Like, I have a 4 or 5 number domain, you had to settle for a 6 number or I'm sure in the future there will be a 7 number thread.

That was written some time ago. The author is pretty impressive with his knowledge of Chinese culture and number domains. I've watched videos and interviews of his before. Times change, in 2-3 years people will be struggling to register 6N domains.

I just tried to snipe a great 7N from GoDaddy, and I was defeated... that's the 1st time that has ever happened to me. The Chinese are preparing for the continuation of this 'trend' long term.

I don't think people realize how new the awareness of domain value is upon the world, there are a lot more new buying trends to come that people haven't even jumped in on. It's risky, and it may mean long holds, but I'm sure that's exact what most 4N owners did.

Palindromes are different. They have more value than 093911.com, for example.
