To my understanding, this is a medical term for a shortness of breath. Its a hard sell for me in a "NET", IMO. Very niche buy

Yup is a common disease. You have dyspnea when you have problems breathing while you sleep.

Actually, a doctor or a medical center that treat this kind of illness could be interested in this domain.

Again, look from an end user perspective. How would I make money developing this name? Could I hand register a two word .com that is more attractive or use another extension?

Holding .net is a lot like pocket jacks in poker. Looks good, but a lot of ways to lose money.

I'm working in a medical industry, and it's not a disease, it's more like a condition or a symptom of a particular disease. IMO it doesn't have value like some words that represent a disease (let's say asthma for example), but it still might be interesting for companies that work in field of respiratory diseases (pharmaceuticals, medical equipment companies...). Sellable, but don't expect too much from it.

Ahahah ok my mistake.

I paid 20$ for this one so not really a big commitment. The truth is that I'm not a big fan of .net too so it's my first take. Lesson learned
