I can't appraise a name as I have zero skill at that sort of thing.

What I can say is that yes, cybercrime happens daily to businesses. These online crimes effect the bottom dollar to hundreds, if not thousands of businesses globally. So I could see the domain being used to inform businesses of what kind of attacks go on and what steps are taken to squash the cyber criminals.

Heck, if done right, I could see some money made.

I like the domain, but the problem is the extension.
I'm thinking mid $$$ but it's very theoretical because I don't think there are many buyers for .biz domains.

It definitely has potential. Cyber crimes are a serious issues and people and companies are looking to protect themselves. As the poster above said the extension is a bit of a downfall but if you find the right end user (company) looking to target those words you may have $xxx potential. \

I could totally see an end-user, old-school detective type buying that for his computer security company.

Worth developing in a cheap way and trying to sell to the right people.
