This looks like a PR3 domain which would explain the traffic, it must have been previously developed.

With so much traffic you should find out what people are looking for and set the keyword accordingly to make the best of it... convert traffic to clicks.

I'd bid on this, but its slightly out of budget at the moment. However, things could change in a day or two. So please provide screen shots of traffic and I may bid on it later.
