Curious situation !??

I am new in domain trading..for a few months...
But,happened strange thing ..
I bought a domain name
Payed to registrar and ofcourse,they sent me a confirmation for the payment,invoice etc..
That happened on 24-th of September.
Yesterday i asked them why the domain name is Not added in my account...
Today they answer that i DID NOT BOUGHT this domain name from them ...
What me to do now?
It is "one word .com" domain name...

One word .com's, at least the good of them are not available for hand reg. Probably an error in their system showed it available. It happens quite frequently. Which is the registrar?

I doubt that a one word domain .com was still available, most likely it was an error at their end. You can also share the domain people can help you better.

Not an error,i took from expired domains...
It was free when i bought it 100%
Ive payed for it immediately also...

Strange is i buy it 3-4 hours before the new registrant....Registrar just answered that they could Not register the domain...
