I feel this is the type of name that speaks to end users who won't offer up more than $xx low $xxx (if you get any interest), its intended use will be small and local campaigns with limited funding. The .net and .com are still parked and undeveloped. Try reaching out to the rspca but I doubt they'd be willing to pay much, if they've any interest at all.
If you do some research you'll find information on culls is most often found on general nature/natural history websites, social media, newspaper articles and State portals.
While the keyword fits the extension well, they are a tough sell in today's after market imho.
