I don't find this a good name.
However, it sounds good and might be used by companies.
It's a reg fee name as of now but you may hold it with a view to get a good price as and when you might find some buyer.

I mean usability wise there might be other option for buyers but name sounds good which might get it sold.

When you have to explain your names to people about what they mean, you have already lost. I would set both at a BIN price In the hundreds ($288 for example) and forget about them, save your time and "energy" with more generic domain names that will bring you a higher profit.
