Domain and Website for Sale: www.CardRatings.net

Age of Site: I have had the site since May 2005

Revenue:
$3189.00 (since May) from CardOffers (New owner will need to sign up for a free account) Earnings are anywhere from $3-$80 per application. Applications must be approved in order for you to get a commission.
Sales Screenshot

Adsense Revenue: $62.12 for NOVEMBER, October was around $50. I didn't show a screenshot because I didn't know the rules on that.

Traffic I have used Adwords for traffic, some natural search engine traffic from MSN. #5 for "Gas Credit Cards", #3 for "gas credit cards with rewards".
Nov. Traffic
Oct. Traffic

Reason for selling: I am really a novice, and I have too many sites. I have made the decision to keep one of my sites, and sell the rest.

I experimented with ppc, different keyword phrases, and I didn't spend as much in advertising. I really haven't had the time to spend on seo and the ppc campaign. In previous months, I was managing 700 keywords, and I am still not very experienced with adwords, I have bought ebooks, etc but still am learning. I own a few other sites, but my goal is to sell all of my sites but one and just concentrate on that one.

Please let me know a Profit & Loss.

How much did you pay in advertising to make the 3k since May?
