My last Dan lease was at the end of 2022. I got a similar email then after the last payment was made (sadly not 5 figures though). They paid each installment separately over the LTO term.

well apparently dan doesnt pay restof Lto even if buyer decides to pay faster or pay rest... but I think they will keep sending each month. not just everything after lto ends

but since dan dead maybe it's not important

i turned down couple of 10k offers for 3-4 names, you are right it could be a bad strategy if its my only strategy, my actual strategy was buying less names but higher quality names most of them are .coms , my portfolio is small around 125 names, made 300k of sales since i listed my domains last year (sold 5 names) so i assume my strategy ain't that bad

my cost for the 5 domains are . 5k for a cvcv, 800 for 2 4LS. 3k for a two word domain 3k for a one word domain, the domain was kabosu( japanese dictionary word )and its the name of the dogecoin dog,i think i under sold this name for 50 as its a top 10 internet meme, my bad 25 to 30x

I slowed down and bought zero names from 2021 til last month, just got back to buying names again aqcuired 5-7 most of them are 4ls and Speace,com from gddy auction, i dunno i like this name could be a hack for space and its also a last name in the us , i was buying agrresivly without selling from 2017-2018 to 2021, thought time to make some sales first, also to pay the premium renewals instead of buying, also crypto and nfts took me from domaining for a while, my last buy was yesterday Xish,com i think i got this one from a namepros member, i aslo think this name could make a great brand, cvcv level 4l domain, and yeah i also like wat u like but it also been a while haha

I didnt mention a 35k sale i did at epik 2 years ago which i havent got paid by epik and masterbucks, the domain was DUNQ.com bought from a namepros member for around 300-400usd i don't exactly remember ,@55Domains was that u? u sold me dunq in the old WhatsApp group
