My last Dan lease was at the end of 2022. I got a similar email then after the last payment was made (sadly not 5 figures though). They paid each installment separately over the LTO term.

well apparently dan doesnt pay restof Lto even if buyer decides to pay faster or pay rest... but I think they will keep sending each month. not just everything after lto ends

i turned down couple of 10k offers for 3-4 names, you are right it could be a bad strategy if its my only strategy, my actual strategy was buying less names but higher quality names most of them are .coms , my portfolio is small around 125 names, made 300k of sales since i listed my domains last year (sold 5 names) so i assume my strategy ain't that bad

well generally for most prem names in any tld means losing money not making it.
