Why would delete it? Now that is money wasted.
100% guarantee of no profit (or even break-even) from the domain.

If you grace delete, some registrars credit you money so you can buy another name with them. It's not going to sell for profit anyway. Do research before buying names and focus on strong extensions as well. You will struggle selling EU names. Check out namebio.com amd dnjournal to see what type of names sell. Good luck
