Having relatives and friends scattered all over the globe, I am getting an overload of input (some on the record and some off the record).

My intention for this thread is for community members from around the world to post first hand stories and/or links to information sources that, for the most part, should be reliable.

In my community, just outside a major southeastern city, 'assets' have been placed. Only because I have friends in both high and low places have I heard about some of this. At this point it is only some basic medical supplies that should be equally distributed anyway in preparation for a natural emergency (hurricane/wildfire/etc.).

I will start with posting a link to a site with current data that seems to come from an aggregate of sources and hope others will do the same as they come across similar sites/pages.

Because of the 'typhoid Mary' spread-ability of this disease, I feel we may be in for a really large spread globally which will impact the global economy and through extension, retail domain prices.

First Covid reinfection in US confirmed by researchers

The patient had two positive tests for SARS-CoV-2, the first on April 18, 2020, and the second on June 5, 2020, separated by two negative tests done during follow-up in May, 2020. Genomic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 showed genetically significant differences between each variant associated with each instance of infection. The second infection was symptomatically more severe than the first.

Genetic discordance of the two SARS-CoV-2 specimens was greater than could be accounted for by short-term in vivo evolution. These findings suggest that the patient was infected by SARS-CoV-2 on two separate occasions by a genetically distinct virus. Thus, previous exposure to SARS-CoV-2 might not guarantee total immunity in all cases. All individuals, whether previously diagnosed with COVID-19 or not, should take identical precautions to avoid infection with SARS-CoV-2. The implications of reinfections could be relevant for vaccine development and application.

This article is rather specific to Australia where our lockdowns have so far prevented the mass outbreaks seen in many countries around the world.

To date we have had 27,317 confirmed cases and 899 deaths, mostly in Melbourne Victoria where Covid escaped from travel quarantine into the general population.

8,062,988 Covid-19 tests have been conducted from a population of over 25 million.

Now that the cases are more manageable we will try easing lockdowns and restrictions, while keeping on top of mask-wearing, social distancing and testing. Fingers crossed!

Something similar happened with the Oxford vaccine trial in the UK recently, where it was paused because a participant fell ill. I would personally like to see some of these trials fast-tracked during later stages of trials because the benefits outweigh the risks for many people.

I think you are confusing lockdowns as a helpful means to anything for humanity when in reality what Victoria, Australia is experiencing is a full blown New World Order takeover/lockdown and the truth is fairly obvious to the world and residents that live there.

(Though their brains may have been duped into thinking lockdowns = balance and harmony)

Lockdowns are incredibly helpful for Globalist puppets such as Danny Andrews to bring forward the technocratic dystopian world that no one truly wants in their hearts while scapegoating a virus as to how and why such extreme tyrannical measures are warranted.
