Confused over where to list my domain name for sale.

Good evening good people of namepros forum. I need your candid and honest advice. I have a real estate domain(.co.uk) and I am confused on which domain platform to list it whether godaddy, sedo, flippa, afternic, domainlore, etc. If you suggest a listing place, please give reasons why i should list there. I need to sell it fast.

You should list it on all as "make offer" and use one with a "buy it now" so you don't sell it twice on accident. You can also do outbounds to appropriate end users for a fast sale.

Easiest way to start is searching for the keywords / term on your favorite search engine. Then contact them to see if they are interested in buying the name. There are some threads somewhere here that have some example emails and techniques. I don't have them bookmarked at the moment though.

Almost all transactions were .com domain and not a single one was .co.uk

It means that you have very little chances to sell your real estate domain on a market place/auction site.

It's a know fact that geo domains are rarely sold on market places. They are private sales and are not reported anywhere.

Your best chances is to find who could be interested in your domain (usually: the people who have an active site and/or are buying adwords, facebook or other ads) and contact them directly.
