Why is Rob Monster a PRO member?
For the same reason that there are STILL like a DOZEN accounts here of "official" Epik support people on NP even though the odds are NONE of those people even work there anymore.

NP claimed they were working on it, but (months later) they STILL haven't done ANYTHING which is very troubling.
IMHO NP should:
Require Official "Registrar" Support accounts to be actively helping people within the last month (at a minimum). For accounts that pass the minimum test...implement a monthly verification check of Official "Registrar" accounts to ensure only ACTIVE employee(s) at the registrar show that designation. It doesn't have to be complicated. Something as simple as proving the person can send & receive email at their company (registrar's) email address would work for verification.
OR
NP should just remove registrar badges entirely as they are currently meaningless, since the CURRENT system seems to be once an account is "verified" for a registrar that designation is permanent with NO continuing verifications done to ensure support accounts are ACTIVELY helping customers on NP and/or that the badge member(s) even work for the said registrar anymore.
OR
Alternatively, NP should just allow TWO official accounts per registrar.
An official registrar account for the owner for official news, advertising, sales, promos, new features, etc.
An official registrar SUPPORT account for helping NP members with bugs, issues, etc with that registrar. Obviously, the registrar would control access to the communal login for the support account.

Hello,

We've been actively working on updating the Epik badges since early March 2023. Given the number of them, it required time to correspond with them all to determine which badges needed to be removed. That is officially complete.
