Is there any way that an image file like this: http://marlinscentral.com/BBW.png could be coded into an HTML Page by someboby here?

I didn't make it, somebody made it for me in photoshop. I'd like to use it if possible.

Also would LOVE it to be in total HTMl with no frames or anything?? Is that possible??
