Code me a site in PHP for NP$?

I need someone to code my site in PHP with tabels. I would like it coded like this: www.angelic-cry.net.. to code it for me what would you take? I will see who has the best offer and i will think about getting it coded from that person. (depends on what best offer is) I can only pay in NP$ and the layout itself will be sendt to the one chosen to code the site!

Do you plan on using server side commands or are you assuming you need to use php?

I'm not talking about the content.. I need the layout coded.. all that wordpress stuff is added later, but you need to get coded a navigation and you need to get coded the pictures up the way you want if you slice them..

What i am asking for is someone who can code me a layout. I have the graphical layout (unsliced) and now i need someone to code it up in PHP, XHTML, SHTML, HTML or whatever you need to code it was to get it coded the same way as www.angelic-cry.net..
