.co.uk, .co.nz, .co.za - Which is most likely to upgrade to a .com?

Among businesses with developed sites on .co.uk, .co.nz, .co.za. Which is the most likely to upgrade to a .com?

I'm only familiar with UK and NZ markets. Of those two I would put a .co.uk owner as the most likely to upgrade. The extension has much higher awareness in the UK than NZ (or AU for that matter). Due to the local registries campaigning most web users in ANZ think that .com domains are purely for overseas businesses.
