.co.nz Domains (New Zealand) - final.co.nz

Hi,

So I have a lot of premium one work New Zealand domains, such and builders.co.nz, final.co.nz xxv.co.nz 9.co.nz so forth and so on.

Is my question will .co.nz domains ever become valuable? I know we are a small country but we do supply the world in a great way, meat, milk, cheeses etc. How would this domains because something of value, as I've been told they are technically worthless, but here in New Zealand they are worth mid $xxx.xx - $xx,xxx value?

NZ is not a big market so definitely there is a correlation between population and TLD value.
Unfortunately I have seen some very good .co.nz names sell for paltry prices.
I'm not seeing a lot of action but I am watching from far away.

Even though NZ is a small market, .nz is a country extension so there is real demand from NZ companies. Maybe you can promote your domains to NZ companies.

Well, I am no expert but.
If I had to keep only one it would be 9.co.nz. Can't put any number on it.

Final.co.nz - Hard to find someone that needs that name. Better .co.nz domains like lawyers, tutors, gps, house, schools have sold for $1000 to $5000. End user value could be anything. Don't see any value for investors on this specific ccTLD. I wouldn't wait for end users unless renewal is really cheap.

Builders.co.nz. I'd choose HomeBuilders.co.nz over Builders.co.nz and value HomeBuilders.co.nz at $5000. I'd accept $2000 for HomeBuilders. I'd keep Builders.co.nz and accept any reasonable offer.

Irrelevant for a cctld, unless the roman number 25 CURRENTLY means something in New Zealand, like the XV de France (France's rugby team) does in France. Or some brand in Australia that could easily expand in New Zealand (end user), or an up and coming global clothing or drinks label (end user + investors). Otherwise I wouldn't keep it. I've googled xxv (first page), didn't find anything except a restaurant in Paris. I wouldn't consider that to be important. I wouldn't keep that domain. You can search more if you want.

I wanted to buy a .COM geo for a big NZ city but I was afraid they usually use .co.nz...so does anyone know if NZ small business prefer/value .COM over co.nz very much? Think they would just skip the .com with $1500 price tag and reg the co.nz instead?

Imagine the domain was SydneyJewelers.com, for example, would they rather .com or many use co.nz?
