advice .cn domain registration by non-Chinese Origin

Any issue with registering .cn domain by non Chinese origin individuals.
Understand that proof of identify require to be submitted.
Apart from that, is there anything required or any possible name revocation issue post registration ?
I am intended to register a domain with number combinations.
