The vBulletin license is not owned, so take that into consideration.
The sale will include the domain name, database, template (from vbstyles.com), and 60 days of free hosting on my VPS (if you want it). You will need your own vBulletin license.
The site's statistics are:
Threads: 141, Posts: 611, Members: 74
ClubMacintosh.com is a PageRank 4 domain.
Several of the forum categories and threads have pagerank as well.
There are currently 493 pages indexed in Google.
I do not have very many statistics from Awstats since I changed servers, but here's what I do have:
