UPDATE PRICE REDUCED FOR 160 DOMAINS at $999 offer valid for 48 hours
Hello friends,
here i am selling my portfolio of 160 domains of which about 90% are brandable. Total of 160 domains. All have expiry of atleast 9-10 months with more than 80% of it having 11 months+ few have even 360+ days. The domains are divided between different registrars - Fasthosts, mydomain, netfirms, dotster and one at godaddy.
for all these 160 domains BIN is set at $1199 (thats $7.5 for each domain) the buyer will also get 5 domains for free with this deal (see at the end of this post) Another choice in this deal for buyer is purchasing half of the domains ( any of the 80 domains, first come first basis ) for BIN 850. here the price will be approx $10.5 each. and no free domains.
Only 23 domains from the below list are BB rejects. rest of either have not been submitted yet or are pending for the review. many of the domains i have registered in last one week. few like deeals fabtu just 2-3 days before maximum in last one month.
Why i am selling it? 3 reasons
1st i need the liquidity for one offline project. though its not exactly emergency. we (my brother and me) own a company which thankfully can provide me the funds. just that it will feel nice if i can immediately get the funds from domaining. It will make me more charged in my involvement as a domainer.
2nd which is more important i had started domaining as a part time and i have realized i have got more than i can manage. I see i am struggling to give time in even managing domains forget registering new ones. also noticed how merely even listing/submitting the domains in market requires time and proper attention BB godaddy afternice etc in short i am trying to balance the domains as per the time i have for part time domaining. so that i can do it properly. besides before i had started domaining i had few websites which used to do decent. but in the past few months i have hardly paid any attention and those have almost lost the traffic. thats why i have to set up everything for which cutting off domains immediately will help a lot. otherwise in spite of this i still cant stop myself from registering 3-5 domains average per day. its like addiction. before it was more.
3rd. till now since i have started i had few major sales between $350 to highest $850 and all of these were outbound like i made contact with buyers (that too quite immaturely from my gmail address and in a casual way) and turned lucky. just one of it was inbound. this means i havent had any experience of selling on any marketplace. besides this i have sold BB domains here on namepros. So only now i am getting started and thinking to build and list my portfolio and domains at and including BB, afternic and my own efty for which i have to also select one domain for that I am like warming up to all this so it will again take time. hence going for this quick bulk sale. to make domaining ahead a bit smooth.
Having said everything above if i dont get the price which i want ( i believe i have kept it reasonable) then i will have no problem to keep it and go as usual way. only thing i will have to take out more time for this which will be little tedious for me.
