I'm thinking of developing this domain as a job marketplace when I have the resources. Do you think it's a good keyword combination? Or not a good name?

Not really seeing this one. HireBro doesn't really make sense. I can't see any professional company looking to hire telling possible employers, 'oh please go apply on HireBro.com' So I would say $0.

Brokerage Pros is already developed. If Brokerage Pros does not want this domain, do you think other brokerage firms will be interested in BrokeragePro?

Not really familiar with BrokeragePros...but if they are a company operating under that name, I would say you should be pretty careful about offering them the singular version of their name. They could possibly claim they have a trademark and that you registered it in bad faith because you are now trying to sell it to them.
