Perhaps it could be brand-able and useful to a business brokering business that sells pubs/clubs/cocktail lounges

Well not many places bars are called pubs. Short but don't see a huge market. Value above rego fee probably not buyers first choice. Buybars with the two "b"s if sold target the buyer.

There is not much if any value for a pub selling business, because they don't need this name to operate, and it wouldn't help/boost them that much if they did.
