I don't think they're complaining about your domain. You have Bayern Logo's all over your gear. You need to be licensed to do that. You are using their brand logo to make money.

Probably in error. Or maybe they think the infringing website owner also owns your domain. Maybe he's the previous owner?

Just tell them you're not the one operating that website but merely own a similar domain or ignore them altogether.
