what do you think, which combination is better for purchase?

Here's a search for Geo+Keyword in .com with "cleaning" anywhere, which would include both carpet cleaning and cleaning among other things: https://namebio.com/?s==EDMwcDNzQTM

Neither are very popular, but carpet cleaning seems to have more results despite being longer. I'd personally rather just have cleaning because it is more broad.
